Exciting opportunity to work as a Project Manager on an exciting HR program of work in Newcastle! Your new company This is your chance to join an established organisation in Newcastle, NSW and work on exciting projects and initiatives alongside a dedicated team of cross-functional resources. Your new role In this role, you will be working on a SaaS implementation to uplift the technology landscape within the Human Resources function as part of a large program of work. You will be integral for the development of project plans, scoping and scheduling and will be responsible for providing regular status reporting and board packs to Steering Committees and Executives. Using your thorough understanding of project methodologies and frameworks you will support business project managers with establishing the required governance and guidelines required for successful project delivery. As a natural collaborator,
you will influence and guide stakeholders to drive the project through to completion while ensuring the solutions are aligned with the business requirements. What you'll need to succeed Experience delivering Projects in a business or technology environment Outstanding engagement and communication skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders and vendors Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver projects in technological environments with proven resource management ability and a track record of delivery to budget and project roadmaps Proven experience collating and presenting information and status updates to Steering Committees Professional qualifications in Project Management (e.g. PMP, Prince2) will be required What you'll get in return This is an excellent opportunity to support this organisation with the successful delivery of this critical program of work.
