Sunrise Health Service Aboriginal Corporation has been operating since 2003 and is the second largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation in the Northern Territory.
Based in Katherine (only 3 hours’ drive from Darwin), Sunrise Health Service services 9 remote communities to the east of Katherine. We serve a population base predominantly Aboriginal, of approximately 3,800 people - many with chronic illnesses requiring early detection and amelioration.
Take responsibility for recruitment and onboarding practices within our highly respected Aboriginal Medical Service. The role is responsible for coordinating end to end recruitment of top talent while promoting diverse, culturally appropriate, and inclusive hiring practices. The role will work within the HR team specifically facilitating the new hire, supporting the attraction of our talent,
onboarding our teams right through to the completion of the qualifying period of employment.
We are looking for the next dedicated resource in our team and expect that the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience hiring for a professional and blue-collar workforce, experience in targeted selection and creation/maintenance of competency frameworks, employer branding, and marketing, writing, and implementing social media recruitment campaigns and using social media and online recruitment platforms.
