The role
To contribute to the design, management and delivery of significant human resource management projects and programs relating to executive sourcing and attraction.

The Senior Advisor acts as a subject matter expert within the attraction team.

The Senior Advisor provides professional consultancy and advisory services around policies and strategies and related services to the Department of Health in accordance with departmental policies and guidelines.

The successful person
You will have demonstrated:

- Strategic and proactive support and involvement in the design and delivery of executive recruitment and selection programs across the Department
- Provide end to end executive recruitment services to Department of Health through the administration and oversight of recruitment and selection in accordance with relevant policies and directive
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic, business,



and operational objectives.
- Provide strategic and tactical advice for the compliance and application of human resource policies.
- Maintain the highest level of recruitment consultancy service to clients ensuring accuracy and consistency and meeting demands created by conflicting priorities and client expectations
- Be accountable for achieving executive recruitment outcomes within set timeframes, quality, cost, and scope tolerances
