Join a collaborative and high performing project team who have been tasked with the review of the Financial Management Group’s operating model. This will include, our organisational structure, responsibilities and accountabilities, operating processes, systems and data required changes, interaction between teams, and assessment of capabilities.

Using your experience in managing change within operating model projects, you will play an integral role in driving this project to completion. Given the complex nature of the change implementation, you will bring with you a collaborative and stakeholder-first approach to change management, with a natural ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

As a Senior Manager in the team, you will work with the Operating Model Transition Lead and Program Manager to develop the change management strategy and plan to ensure optimal stakeholder adoption.

Other responsibilities in your role will include:

- Stakeholder analysis and engagement planning using human centred design techniques such as persona development
- Developing and executing the communication strategy and plan
- Conducting impact analysis on current and ‘to be’ processes
- Designing and delivering training and material for new ways of working
- Providing change advisory and consultation to leaders and workstreams
- Collaborating and taking part in our change management network, sharing good practices and learnings and building change capability within the Group

To be successful in the role,



you will bring with you previous experience working on operating model projects or transformation programs in a finance function. Prior experience in a consulting environment will be highly regarded. Other skills and experience may include:

- A focus on end user experiences and design thinking frameworks
- A proven track record influencing and communicating with senior level stakeholders on a regular basis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong documentation skills to ensure initiative benefits and requirements are clear to stakeholders
