The Role
The Senior People and Culture (P&C;) Partner will provide strategic, commercially focused P&C; advice and will support the implementation of the group people strategy aligned to the business unit strategies and plans. Partnering with senior stakeholders, this role involves influencing, relationship management and collaborating with COE’s on talent attraction and development related initiatives.

The Individual




The successful candidate will be a polished HR generalist with extensive HRBP experience in sophisticated corporate environments such as ASX listed or large complex multinational companies. Strong relationship and problem-solving capability are essential, together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role is based in Melbourne CBD, with hybrid working options.
