Your new role

Keller is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our National People Team in Macquarie Park, Sydney.

The Talent Acquisition Lead will implement the recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for Keller Australia including attracting, assessing and onboarding top talent. This role is crucial in building and maintaining a high-performing workforce to support the company's growth and success. The Talent Acquisition Lead will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to onboarding new hires, and will ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals and industry requirements.

You will be responsible for:

- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports on new hires for the Head of People
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing communication and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and utilise selection tools and techniques to ensure the best fit for both the role and company culture
- Manage global relocation processes for Keller employee transfers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and market trends
- Work with the Head of People on sourcing strategies to attract top talent, building talent pipelines & succession plans and domestic and international recruitment




- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with educational institutions

What does success look like?

To be successful in this role you are passionate about internal recruitment and managing a positive people experience. The right candidate for the role will be driven, able to work independently and as part of a team. The role will complete end to end recruitment, and the right candidate will need to be operational whist also thinking strategically to drive improvements. You will also have:

- Degree in Human Resource Management (desirable, but not essential)
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Knowledge and experience in Australian employment law, immigration standards
- Experience in a construction / engineering environment is desirable
- Previous experience with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA) is desirable
