Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our fun and supportive people and culture team on a temporary basis with the potential to be extended.

- Full-time & Permanent (will consider 4 day week/9 day fortnight)
- Based in Sydney CBD (hybrid role – 2 days from our modern world square office)
- Work as part of a passionate and fun Talent Acquisition team of 6 as well as a wider supportive People and Culture team
- You will specifically support our LiveBig allied health organisation with sourcing high calibre allied health professionals for opportunities nationally. Our LiveBig teams are multi-disciplinary and consist of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, screening, arranging interviews and supporting with onboarding candidates.
- Proactively sourcing candidates through Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Referrals, advertising and networking
- Working with internal stakeholders to understand requisitions and staffing requirements

About You!

- Ideally qualifications in HR/Allied Health or related field
- Allied health recruitment experience is essential - ideally 12 months either inhouse or agency
- A can-do attitude with experience working in a fast-paced environment with KPI’s
- Excellent organisation, communication and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail
- Strong alignment with our purpose, vision and values
