We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join an industry leader in South Australia on a 3 month temporary basis. This organisation operates globally however your focus unit will remain within SA as they continue to grow and undergo this exciting period of transformation.

Your new role
The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to provide end to end recruitment services and support the business department managers while assisting and improving the business in Talent initiatives and continuous recruitment improvements. You will not only provide recruitment assistance but be responsible for maintaining a cohesive and efficient database. You will also be responsible for screening candidate CV's, completing reference checks and assisting general onboarding duties.



This role will see you applying your recruitment expertise to support the service and requests of clientele and stakeholders, advising on proactive recruitment methods, effective talent pool management and devising sourcing strategies. Your role will involve understanding the transition of attracting talent through networking and driving referrals, screening and assessment processes to ensure a smooth candidate process.
