This is an initial 12 month chance, with likely extension as part of a multi-year program of work.

As the program’s Test Manager, you will lead the business testing for the program which will include end to end testing phases. You will work closely with the Technical Quality Manager to ensure technical testing quality, tracking progress as per plan and alignment between technical and business testing. The role sits within an Agile team, staffed with a combination of functional and technical analysts, technical engineers and product owners.

As the Test Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Developing the test methodology
- Creating and executing test strategies and plans, ensuring align all testing approaches including Technical Testing, Business UAT, and the HR technology automation framework using Jira
- Providing regular status updates and reports on test progress, include defect management and identifying material impacts
- Test tracking and reporting – Including developing the defects management framework and any material impacts

To be successful in the role you will possess:

- You have 3+ years of test manager experience
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing test strategies or test plans, ideally within a multi-year program
- Understanding of agile methodology and tools, such as JIRA (including X-Ray), and Confluence




- Show excellent problem solving and communication skills, with proactivity and great attention to detail
- Relevant degree-level qualifications in an aligned filed
- Prior experience in the financial services sector will be highly regarded.
