Woods & Co. have again teamed up with a national industry leader in the staircases industry. They are actively looking for a proven and experienced WHS Manager to lead safety initiatives across multiple sites. In this role, you will ensure the health, safety, and compliance of our operations while fostering a proactive safety culture.

What do you do?

- Develop and implement WHS policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and implement hazard controls.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee return-to-work programs and workers' compensation processes.
- Deliver WHS training and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

What do you need?





- 5+ years of experience in WHS management, preferably in high-risk industries.
- Diploma or higher in Work Health and Safety (WHS) or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of WHS laws and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple sites and conduct hands-on inspections.
