In your role as Commercial Manager, you will monitor, analyse, and advise on contractual obligations for the business as well as the implementation of tracking and reporting on those agreements.

About the role:

- Contract maintenance with major suppliers
- Monitoring of supplier adherence to pricing schedules, key dates, rebates, and SLA requirements
- Work with customer and subcontractors to develop relationships, commercial strategies and plans to improve business delivery, supplier performance and customer satisfaction
- Provide commercially sound advice to management regarding meeting all contractual obligations, minimum commitments and recommendations for contractual adherence and optimisation of processes to achieve maximum results

About you:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Law, Contract Management, Commerce, etc.)



with a minimum 2 years post qualified experience
- Experience in commercial and contract management
- Refined interpersonal style coupled
- Solid comprehension of operational and financial risks management
