Collective Employment Relations is excited to be recruiting for a friendly and organised Family Law Paralegal or Experienced Law Clerk for one of our esteemed clients.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses strong administrative skills.
We are keen to consider a Law Graduate who is looking to gain some professional experience or an experienced paralegal who is looking to work part-time.

Skills Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, law clerk, or customer service role is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Taking initial calls and preparing initial client paperwork.
- Assisting the family law solicitor as required, including drafting documents and general correspondence.
- Preparing briefs and managing case files, ensuring all documentation is current.
- Liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
- Providing administrative support to the family law solicitor, including diary management.
Additional Requirements
- Current driver’s licence.
- Commission for Declarations or JP is an advantage.
