The Role
We are looking for a family lawyer with a minimum of 4 years experience in family law who wants to grow with our firm. If successful, you will have a varied file load consisting of property, parenting, child support, child protection and domestic violence matters. You will have daily contact with our experienced and supportive principal solicitor, and our senior solicitor for training and mentorship and you will work closely with our team. You will work from our Greenslopes office.

Duties
Your duties will include start-to-finish family law work including:
Property negotiations.
Parenting negotiations.
Drafting of Consent Orders, Binding Financial Agreements, Binding Child Support Agreements, and Court Documents.
Court appearances in both the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and Magistrates Courts.

Experience
Experience as a family lawyer, at least 4+ PAE, is essential. Experience with LEAP Practice Management System will be highly regarded.
