The client:

Our client is a fast growing law firm that has an exciting chance for a seasoned legal professional to take a pivotal role in launching and shaping the future of a groundbreaking practice. As a founding Lawyer with estate planning experience, you'll leverage your expertise to build your own client base and contribute to a dynamic, pioneering legal venture from the ground up.

Your role:

In this role, you'll deliver top-tier estate planning services with expert knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, while leading the practice's growth and culture by shaping strategic decisions and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

You'll be a founding lawyer to help build a law practice and manage a client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction,



and work closely with colleagues to recruit and develop legal talent as the practice continues to expand.

Your skills & experience:

You will need to hold a law degree, be eligible for a Practising Certificate, and have at least two years of experience in estate planning. Need to have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
