Who We're Looking For:

- Proven Expertise: Ability to manage up to 150 claims in either WC, WID or MVA matters with a dedicated team (your dedicated paralegal and legal secretary) at your side.
- Document Mastery: Draft, review, and finalise legal documents with a high level of clarity and precision. Ensure documents are succinct, simple, yet detail-oriented to effectively communicate legal arguments and strategies.
- Detail-Oriented: We want you to notice the small things because they often make the biggest difference.
- Compassion & Confidence: These aren’t just words; they're values we live by.
- Communication Skills: Your role involves liaising with clients, solicitors, insurers, and other key stakeholders. You must be adept at this.
- Writing Excellence: Proven experience in drafting submissions, client statements, particulars, and general correspondence.
