Our client who are a generalist law firm and have been practising for almost 100 years is currently seeking a Senior Wills & Estate Lawyer - 7+ years PAE to join the team. Accredited Specialists are encouraged to apply.
Working from home available after successfully passing probationary period.

Duties:

- Drafting, reviewing, and updating wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Providing legal advice to clients on matters related to estate administration and distribution.
- Handling probate applications and navigating the probate process.
- Managing a team of 6

Who you are:

- 7+ years PAE - wills & estate experience - accredited specialist preferred.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Solid work ethic and driven.
- Close to public transport / parking available
- ASAP start
