Are you an experienced Assembly Operator looking to join a energetic team? Conquest Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our client's assembly team in a permanent full-time role, working 6am - 2pm Mon to Fri with some OT. Reporting directly to the Assembly Team Leader, this position plays a crucial part in ensuring high-quality production and assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret and understand Bill of Materials and Work Instructions to perform tasks accurately.
- Carry out assembly operations, including busbar work, interconnection, basic wiring, welding, label engraving, and enclosure assembly.
- Perform inspection and testing, including high voltage testing, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure tools and instruments are kept in safe and designated locations.
- Follow company quality programs, processes, and procedures to ensure all products meet required standards.
- Operate production equipment, including forklifts, as required.




- Engage in packing and preparation of products for dispatch.

About You:

- Previous experience in assembly operations or a similar role.
- Electrical experience highly favourable.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical documents.
- Basic skills in wiring, welding, and label engraving.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Forklift license is preferred.
- A proactive approach to maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety.
