PARKER HANNIFIN is Australia’s only single source supplier of fluid power and fluid connector products. We currently have a position available for a Team Leader for our Assembly cell based at our Wodonga Manufacturing Facility.

Reporting to the FCG Value Stream Leader the successful applicant will lead a team to ensure that the daily Assembly and Plating manufacturing duties within the Final Assembly cell are carried out in a safe, professional, and diligent manner to meet specified customer service and inventory requirements.

The successful candidate will have:

1. Experience in leading a team preferably in a manufacturing environment
2. Solid knowledge of manufacturing and production principles, including quality, safety and safe work practices
3. Good time management and housekeeping skills, along with the ability to multitask
4. Desire to deliver exceptional Customer service
5. Excellent communication skill.
6. Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to problem solve
7. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
8. Understanding of Lean Principles, 5S and HPT
9. Good knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office applications
