We are currently seeking a dedicated an Asset Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview: As the Asset Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our business development strategy. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a small team to enable us to get the job done. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, optimising efficiency, and ensuring seamless equipment rental processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team with a focus on growth.
- Equipment Management: Ensure timely availability, maintenance, and proper utilisation of earthmoving equipment.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients,
addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Process Optimisation: Streamline damage and repair processes.
- Safety Compliance: Uphold safety standards and ensure adherence to regulations.
Qualifications:
- Asset and operations management, or related industry/field experience (preferred).
- Mechanical trade is preferred.
- Proven experience in equipment rental, construction, or earthmoving industries.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
