The Company:

An exciting creative events agency based in Melbourne, this client thrives on creating sensational events with a difference. With a client base in the Education, Automotive, sport financial and corporate space, this client is known for creating activations and events that wow audiences.
The Role:

The Associate Producer role will report to the Head of Production and work in the Production (Events) department. This role will assist the Production team with all elements of pitching, planning and event execution as required.

Key Responsibilities include;

- Own and manage a portfolio of small – mid tier clients and associated calendar of events;
- Creation of new business proposals and budgets as required;
- Build and maintain strong, trusting and long-lasting client and supplier relationships;
- Collaborate with the Agency team to identify and grow new business opportunities;
- Develop skills across all areas of event production including but not limited to proposals, budgets, client management, supplier management, risk assessments, run sheets, bump in and out schedules, invoices etc;
- Assist with the coordination of operations and logistics with vendors, personnel and suppliers;
- Venue research and booking;
- Attend client meetings as required;




- Assist in development and maintenance of supplier relationships;
- Ensure all Agency processes and procedures are adhered to;
- Establish, maintain and enforce rebate agreements with new and existing suppliers;
- Identify growth opportunities within key clients by upselling and cross-selling services;
- Provide post event reporting and analysis as needed.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an Events Agency, ideally as a Production Coordinator or Associate Producer. The candidate will have a passion for events and have excellent attention to detail. Great communication, interpersonal, time management, and organisation skills.
