Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.

We work with clients at all levels of government to deliver an extremely diverse range of logistics solutions - from the distribution of healthcare products, managing the relocation of their employees, delivering fleets of government vehicles, through to helicopter rescue services.
Job Description
An exceptional opportunity exists for a Case Management Associate to join our Toll Transitions team based in Brisbane. This position supports a team of Case Managers who work closely with multiple Defence families and providers to ensure seamless relocation services across the nation from start to finish.
As a Case Management Associate you will provide dedicated administrative assistance to Case Managers during posting cycle, that supports intensive case management and workflow support. This is an entry-level position, that offers long term career growth and development opportunities, alongside hybrid work arrangements and a positive team environment where you'll feel encouraged to grow.
As a Case Management Associate, you will:
- Provide administration assistance to a team of case managers in order to deliver a high-quality end to end relocation experience to relocating ADF members and their families.
- Respond to routine telephone and email enquiries
- Database reporting, data entry of case records, initial assessment of cases, assigning cases to be actioned by case managers
- Co-ordinating third party suppliers and vendors who provide accommodation, travel, housing, and removal services to members
- Contribute to overall continuous improvement activities, accomplishments, projected activities and business case requirements
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous Administrative experience, preferably in a large organisation that is service orientated
- The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders in a dynamic ‘operations centre’ environment
- Ability to demonstrate basic competence in customer/supplier negotiation and influence
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office applications)
