Chandler Personnel is currently looking for enthusiastic, experienced Compounder/Blender/ Batching Operator with a strong manufacturing and chemical background to join a renown company based in Ferntree gully.

About the position:
- Monday to Friday
- Ongoing work with potential for permanent opportunity
- Blending of chemicals
About you:
- Experience in mixing and blending ingredients. (Preferably in the chemical/personal care industry)
- Experience in the chemical industry
- Fast learner of new systems
- Positive, energetic attitude and reliable
- Willing to work with your team
- Forklift licence (desirable, though not essential)
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Robust work ethic
- Proven reliability and attendance record
- Flexibility to work Morning or Afternoon,
- Need to be strong
