As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our WA team as a Customer Experience Representative/Storeperson.

In this dual role, you will be the face of our customer service and an essential part of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers both in person and over the phone, providing product advice, and assisting with their inquiries. Additionally, you will manage stock, maintain the organization of the store, and ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Experience:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selections, and order processing.




- Handle complaints and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure all customers leave the store with a positive experience.

- Storeperson Duties:

- Receive, unpack, and store incoming stock.
- Maintain an organized and clean storeroom.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Organize deliveries and ensure timely dispatch.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Previous experience in customer service and/or warehousing.
- Must have SAP experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and stock.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and order processing.
- Physically able to lift and move stock as required.
- Forklift license (preferred but not essential).
