About the Role

To ensure we continue delivering exceptional service, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time at our Minto site.

As the first point of contact for all customer and visitor interactions, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Processing customer orders, including:

- Picking and packing orders within an office environment

- Coordinating shipments through couriers and keeping customers updated

- Preparing and issuing invoices

- Handling inbound calls, emails, and general sales inquiries
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with existing and potential clients
- Maintaining and updating records in our ERP system

As part of our small team,



you may also assist in supporting other areas of the business in an administrative capacity from time to time.

About You

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their service delivery to join our team of customer service superstars. Specifically, you will have:

- Outstanding communication skills and a skilled telephone manner
- The ability to negotiate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong teamwork abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office
