The position

- Booking and arranging transport for regional and interstate deliveries
- Preparing consignment notes and other documentation
- Organising labels and documentation for external storage contractors.
- Assisting sales representatives and other staff with their queries
- Administrative duties such as data entry, answering phones and emails

About you

- You will have previously worked in an administrative or clerical role,
- Experience in transport, shipping, warehousing, manufacturing or similar logistics role an advantage




- Confident liaising with a variety of people – including customers, transport/shipping companies and across teams/functions.
- Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively.
- Will be computer literate including in the Microsoft suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible to handle a changing workload and can think on your feet.
- Australian citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
