About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Print Operator to join our dynamic team at QSP Print Pty Ltd in Salisbury, QLD. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art digital printing equipment and contribute to the success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

- Operating and maintaining high-speed digital printing equipment such as Durst P350, Mimaki Flatbed, Roll Printers, and Zund / Elitron cutters.
- Performing pre-press tasks such as file preparation, colour management and job set-up
- Monitoring print quality and making adjustments as needed
- Troubleshooting and resolving printing issues
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of print jobs
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Adhering to all safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

- No prior experience is necessary BUT would be an advantage; onsite training will be provided




- A keen interest in digital printing and finishing processes is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- While previous experience in a similar role is not required, any background in print or related fields is an advantage.
