The Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Supply Chain Director for ANZ to join our team and lead the supply chain function across our Australia and New Zealand operations. As part of our executive team, you will work closely with the Managing Director to guide our efforts in achieving operational excellence, building strong supplier relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will be crucial in managing product inventory, promotion management, automated customer ordering and supporting our customers' supply chain through effective supplier performance management.

Day to Day you will:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with our vision and goals, focusing on operational efficiency, customer service, and profitability
- Provide leadership in establishing short- and long-term tactical plans for the Supply Chain function, addressing functional area challenges, and achieving objectives
- Set and manage budgets, monitor people performance, and ensure delivery on all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Proactively incorporate risk mitigation and controls within the supply chain operation to maintain continuity of supply at high service levels and support unexpected sales fluctuation’s




- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, optimising processes across our supply chain network
- Inspire and engage your team, encouraging growth, accountability, and high performance
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including operations, suppliers and cross- functional teams to achieve business goals, provide the best service to our customers and ensure seamless operations

About You:

- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in supply chain leadership roles, preferably within the FMCG or distribution sectors.
- Strong experience in customer relationship management, with a track record of building and maintaining excellent customer and supplier relationships as well as influencing stakeholders
- A history of successfully driving strategic initiatives, managing change, and achieving business goals
- Exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and understanding of supply chain technologies.
