The Company:
This company is a boutique conference and event management agency that specialises in corporate events. This agency prides themselves on their great company culture and fun work environment. They are seeking a highly organised Event Manager to manage their range of events.The Role:
The Event Manager role will be responsible for managing logistically challenging events from the client brief to the final account. With clients ranging from pharmaceutical giants, corporate businesses and retail and charity organisations. With events ranging from conferences, incentives, gala dinners, speaker events and more. Key Responsibilities include;
- Managing several events simultaneously from end to end
- Managing group travel requirements including flights and accommodation
- Work within budget and deadlines
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and build strong client and supplier relationships
- Manage all the suppliers ensuring all requirements are met for the event
- Travel both domestically and internationally when required and managing events end to end
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have proven success as an Event Manager managing events from 80-400pax delegates. Having event registration and management experience is required for this role. EventsAIR is the system used but any major event system experience will be considered.
- EventsAIR experience (or another event software)
- Event operations and logistics experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong Microsoft suite proficiency
- Strong project management abilities
- Hold a valid drivers license
