Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and processing daily requisitions using an RF scanner.
- Safe operation of a forklift to handle materials and products.
- Unloading deliveries and performing QA checks on all materials received.
- Conducting stocktaking and stock rotation activities.
- Maintaining the highest possible standard of warehouse housekeeping.
- Ensuring high levels of safety, accuracy, service, and productivity.
About You:
The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a warehouse/store environment.
- A current Forklift License.
- A current Driver's License.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Uncompromising commitment to working safely at all times.
- Capability to work well independently and unsupervised.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Solid numeracy skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and following policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ability to safely undertake the physical elements of the role (as determined by a pre-employment medical).
- Previous forklift and warehouse experience.
- Basic computer skills.
