Due to continued business growth, we are hiring additional personnel to be responsible for meeting customer delivery standards by picking orders in a timely, accurate manner.

Your new role:

- Reporting to your Coach, you will meet Caterpillar's Safety, Quality, Productivity and Velocity standards by
- Operating Load-Shifting Order Picker (LO) Stockpickers and/or High Reach Forklifts
- Using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners to locate and pick orders
- Loading/unloading stock
- Receive and put away materials

The skills you need:

- Distribution experience and a current LF and/or LF with LO License
- Proficiency in RF scanning
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to safety
- Commitment to quality and high attention to detail
