The Opportunity

Due to company growth, we are seeking a suitably qualified HR Driver to join our Echuca team. Applicants will need to be reliable, flexible, self-motivated, and prepared to work independently and as part of a small team.

Previous experience in Waste Management Industry would be desirable, but not essential.

Duties





- Operate waste collection vehicles effectively, while maintaining customer service and safety for both the community and our staff members
- Read and understand run sheets and mapping
- Compliance with safety, environmental and service quality requirements
- Operation of basic computer interfaces.

Essential requirements

- Unrestricted HR Licence and satisfactory RMS or Vic Roads Driver record
- Effective communication skills
- Solution focused mindset
- Sound knowledge and compliance with safety, environmental, and service quality requirements
- Strong commitment to exceeding customer service requirements.
