Working at FSP

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with our Warehouse & Logistics team to ensure accurate stock management in Odoo. An initial Stocktake will be required as a starting point
- Set up and maintain product information in Odoo, paying meticulous attention to detail. Our ERP software is very detailed and previous experience controlling inventory in ERP software will be required
- Conduct regular stocktakes at our various locations (Caringbah warehouse & Kurnell Yard).
- The applicant will be responsible for day to day purchasing for our team, ensuring all purchase orders are sent correctly to our suppliers as per company guidelines
- Organize all freight and logistics for domestic and international purchasing
- Update supplier pricing in our ERP system (Odoo)



the applicant will need advanced excel skills and previous experience updating pricing in ERP software.
- Processing, preparing and reconciling purchase orders
- Managing incoming freight deliveries, availability dates, delivery dates of all supplier deliveries
- Ensuring you are following up supplier deliveries and keeping up to date with their arrival date to our warehouse, This is critical to FSP providing quality customer service
- Strong management skills to be able to manage the Warehouse & logistics of our warehouse
- Providing additional administration duties as required

What will make you a good fit for the role?

- Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Proficiency in commercial inventory systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently without constant close supervision.
- Advanced Excel skills for updating pricing in Odoo based on supplier pricelists.
- Experience with Odoo would be advantageous however not essential, as training will be provided.
- Experience with Accounts would be advantageous

- Strong administration skills




- Strong phone and interpersonal skills to call suppliers and negotiate pricing or project discounts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word and Excel
- The ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team with a strong work ethic and proven ability to multitask
- Be highly organised, proactive, and methodical with systems and processes
- Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
- There is plenty of free parking available. Bus route to Train station an easy walk away

Additional Information :

- This role involves working with the Odoo inventory & purchasing apps, which requires a high level of precision.
- The successful candidate will need to conduct stocktakes in noisy and cold environments (yard and workshops), so personal protective equipment (PPE) is essential.
