Qualifications & experience

- Strong organisational skills
- Good communication at all levels from customer to suppliers and management.
- Must be a team player. We are a small agile team, so willingness to jump in to help in other areas when required is crucial.
- Experience in inventory, stock control, production and raw material control is preferred, but not necessary - high level of enthusiasm, a willingness to learn will be favoured.

Tasks & responsibilities

- Responsible for monitoring stock levels and maintaining data.
- Monitor production and raw material requirements
- Seek approval and raise purchase orders
- Liaise with international production controllers, factory staff and shipping companies
- Identify and address inventory discrepancies
- Develop and implement procedures
- Schedule, plan and action regular cycle counts and 6 monthly stock counts
- Coordinating with suppliers/supply chain
