The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Inventory Controller to join our growing Contract Logistics Team in Altona & Tullamarine .

Key Areas

- Assist with the inventory management function for our Altona logistics facility
- Be customer-facing in relation to inventory-specific issues
- Coordinate and assist with stock takes including scheduling, procedures and assembling all required resources
- Coordinate daily cycle counts and storage location checks to ensure the integrity of client inventory
- Maintain and report all product movement (inclusive of receipt, dispatch and storage)
- Continuous improvement of inventory process and procedures
- Manage KPI data on a weekly basis

About You

- 2+ years of experience in a similar inventory role, ideally within a 3PL environment
- Highly customer service focused
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving ability and continuous improvement mindset
- Target and results-focused, with the ability to achieve daily KPI's
- Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment and Warehouse Management Systems




- Advanced computer skills in MS Word and Excel
