National Workforce have partnered with a well-known, global logistics distribution company & have exciting opportunities for applicants seeking their next long-term role! They have recently moved into a new warehouse in Cranbourne West and are now looking for skilled Forklfit Operators with an LF and LO license to build their team!

The role

- A mixture of Reach Forklift & LO Order Picker operations.
- All operators will also do despatch duties and RF picking, operate a wave/tugger etc and more.
- You will be operating 'Aisle Master' branded Forklifts. Training porvided.
- Inventory control, quality checking, palletising, and manual handling.
- Basic computer duties, invoicing etc.

The successful applicant

- Will have proven previous experience operating the High Reach Forklift as well as operating the LO Order Picking and meeting KPIs.
- Prior experience with the 'Aisle Master' brand is advantageous.
- A excellent understanding of warehouse OH&S.;
- A Valid and current VICTORIAN HRW - LF LO Ticket.




- Ability to commit to Monday to Friday day shifts.
- A can-do attitude, with an ability to work autonomously and with a team.
- Basic computer & despatch skills.
- Ability to lifting to 15kilos.
- Flexibility and ability to do other duties (i.e. assist with packing when required).

On offer are day shifts starting from 7am-3pm and afternon shifts from 3pm-11pm. These roles are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with possibility of weekend work and overtime. We are looking for those indivudals who can commit to a immediate start. A site tour is provided.
