About our role

- Direct coordination of finished goods from 3PL’s / Distribution Centres to customers
- Perform day-to-day operational tasks to ensure 3PL warehouse outputs align to expectations and load planning across a variety of transport networks
- Based at our head office in Mentone/Moorabbin

Due to an internal move, we now have an opportunity for Logistics Coordinator to join our Transport Logistics Team, based at our head office in Mentone/Moorabbin.

What you will do

In this role you will efficiently ensure the processing of orders through our 3PL partners and coordinate transport movements of finished goods from 3PL’s / Distribution Centres to customers. This includes a focus on process adherence / review,



high levels of direct stakeholder/relationship building and efficient movement of orders through to the ultimate customer.

This will include:

- Assist the Senior Logistics Coordinator/s with productive Customer responses to issues
- Participate in the review process of all current SOP’s and identification new SOP’s to be developed to improve efficiencies in all processes
- Develop and implement change to improve process of orders and delivery of finished goods.
- Monitor order flows and highlight areas of improvement.
- Create and maintain internal/external relationships to ensure efficient and effective order processing / deliveries.
- Produce Operational KPI’s to support logistics with service levels of 3PL and Freight suppliers.
- Claim investigation understanding and POD collation
- Deliver increased profitability through process improvement
- Ensure all OH&S;, COR and legislative requirements are adhered to at all times.

About you

- Strong knowledge of supply chain in particular 3PL warehouse, transport networks, & logistics processes.
- Exposure to ERP Software, particularly JDE and/or SAP.
- Project management understanding and experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to influence change and drive process improvement through collaborative team environments.
- Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel, Outlook)
