We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager based in Terrey Hills to ensure our orders are processed smoothly and accurately, supporting our mission to deliver outstanding service to our direct to consumer and wholesale customers.

Position Overview:

As our Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day warehouse operations. You'll work closely with the Head of Operations, Sales Managers, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

The job is on-site at our new warehouse in Terrey Hills, NSW. It is 5 days per week, full time shifts, with the exact working hours to be negotiated with the successful candidate. There may be opportunities to job share or for flexible working arrangements, depending on your individual needs

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Fulfilment: Oversee the processing of orders from picking and packing to shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for our direct-to-consumer and wholesale customers.
- Safety and Compliance: Build and improve safety processes and ensure the warehouse is a safe place to work for all DHaRCO staff and visitors.
- Inventory Control: Ensure inventory accuracy, conduct regular stock counts, and manage stock accuracy to minimise overage and underage.
- Shipping Coordination: Manage shipping logistics, including carrier selection, tracking, and resolving any shipping issues to ensure prompt delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving warehouse processes and efficiency. Work closely with the Head of Operations to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
- Collaboration and Customer Focus: Partner with Sales Managers and Customer Service teams to address any issues related to orders, returns, and customer inquiries.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environment.
- Good Computer Literacy:



Understanding of warehouse management systems, and some Excel knowledge. Prior experience working with Shopify and Cin7 a plus, but other WMS & ecommerce systems also highly regarded.
- Knowledge of international shipping: Some experience or willingness to learn about international shipping process - Incoterms, customs declarations and regional requirements.
- Best practise: An understanding of warehouse best practices - workflow and management, staffing, IT and technology opportunities, and safety best practices.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in order fulfilment and inventory management.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with various teams (on-site and remote) and address customer needs..
