They currently have a position available for a dedicated and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join their growing team in the Night Shift.

About The Role:
The Logistics Supervisor will manage night shift operations at the state-of-the-art Smeaton Grange facility. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will lead a team to ensure safety standards, team KPIs, and shift targets are consistently met, while managing key logistical systems and processes.
Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Ensure adherence to shift plans and truck schedules
- Monitor pick accuracy and team KPIs
- Lead and enforce food and workplace safety standards
- Oversee WMS and system tasks to optimise logistics operations
- Manage staff performance, including coaching and development
- Coordinate team rosters and shift planning
- Drive continuous improvements in logistics processes and efficiency

About You:

- Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or similar role,



within a fast-paced FMCG or Manufacturing Industry.
- Familiarity with logistics automation solutions and advanced technologies is beneficial
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset towards improving processes
- A solid understanding of inventory management, quality control, and safety regulations is desired
- Great communication and reporting skills
- Advanced Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Applications.
- Forklift License
