The position of Logistics Support Manager is a key role inside the ANZ Operations team. In this position you are driving excellence in execution across our warehouses in Australia and New Zealand- some of them are fully owned and controlled by Kraft Heinz and others are operated in a 3PL model. We operate in a mix of ambient and frozen. This role is the connection between the Transportation and the Warehousing teams directly impacting the service levels that Kraft Heinz delivers to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Supporting operational excellence in warehouse and transportation processes across 3PL and Kraft Heinz owned distribution centres and operations. Implement and execute global Kraft Heinz operational standards through our KHMS best practice framework (Indirectly) Manage the Order to Cash team- the Pallet controlling team and the inventory controlling team. Leading short- and long-term resolution of system integration errors within Warehousing Collaborate cross-functionally- supporting the warehousing strategy as defined by Warehousing Lead- in partnership with the 3 heads of our in-house distribution centers (Northgate- Tomoana and Seven Hills)



Work jointly on continuous improvement programs with the CI Logistics Team and the Warehousing teams to ensure smooth implementation that does not disrupt service. Support and input in the annual budgeting cycle with the zero-based budgeting framework Closely involved in the technology roadmap on transportation warehousing Supporting the wider team to fulfil Service Levels in line with customer expectation- influencing deliveries being on time and in full. Internal stakeholders include- heads of distribution centres- external 3PL partners that supply warehousing support- transportation team- Supply and Operations teams and Supply Chain Finance. Contribution towards KPI of delivering goods on time. Support strategies and support relationships for: Carrier Management 3PL Management Warehouse layout and productivity About you: Bachelors / Master's degree in Engineering or Logistics Experience of +4 years- in Transportation and Warehousing. Prior experience in an FMCG environment with a wide portfolio- is a benefit Experience in working with Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation Management Systems- Some experience in warehouse automation (layer pickers- AGVs- automated high bay- etc.) A high degree of familiarity and practice of analytical tools (such as Tableau and Power BI)- and expert user in MS Excel A strong command to understand and communicate clearly and effectively Extensive experience in change management
