We are seeking reliable and hardworking Machine Operators and Production Workers to join our clients' poultry processing teams in North and West Melbourne. This role requires working with poultry products in a fast-paced production workplace, with set shift times as determined by the site. Location: North Melbourne & West Melbourne

Employment Type: Casual, On-Call Work Available

Pay rate: Starting from $29.03

Shifts available: Day & afternoon (various start times)

Key Responsibilities:

- - Assist with production line operations for poultry products
- - Pack items from conveyor belts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- - Operate machinery for poultry processing
- - Dispatch poultry orders and shipments
- - Remove damaged or poor-quality products from the line
- - Palletise poultry products for shipment




- - Sort and conduct quality checks on all food items
- - Contribute to new product development in the poultry category

Key Requirements:

- - Strong time management skills
- - Previous experience in a food factory, particularly in poultry processing (advantageous)
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold environment
- - Comfortable working with meat and poultry
- - Ability to lift 15-20kg
- - Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
- - Must have a reliable car and a valid driver's license
- - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
