About the role

Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, the main purpose of this role is to assist in the development and execution of the sales plan for key National Independent customers, delivering sustainable sales growth and key performance objectives (KPO’s).

- Support the implementation of customer sales plans
- End-to-end communication and management of promotional activity
- Manage and streamline customer orders from listing to delivery for Costco and Aldi
- Contribute to the alignment of Marketing, Shopper and Logistics with customer priorities and strategy
- Track business performance and provide insightful information back to the appropriate teams
- Assist the Accounts team to deliver the key financials for Penfolds

About you

You have experience performing customer-facing roles, with a proven record of sales success and delivery to targets. Your strong customer mindset, proactive management of multiple priorities and superb organisational skills are key to your success.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Intermediate Excel user
- Experience working in FMCG will be highly regarded
- Wine knowledge would be preferable but not essential
