FULL TIME OFFICE MANAGER - IMMEDIATE START
0900 - 1700 MONDAY TO FRIDAY + 1 SATURDAY PER MONTH 0600 - 1400.
SATURDAY SHIFTS FOLLOWED BY A MONDAY RDO

Clean Site Bins is a successful family owned and operated business within the Waste Management industry based in Neerabup (North of Joondalup).
We provide services to the building industry through onsite bins and earthmoving. We also provide a skip bin service for both commercial and residential premises. Our Flynn Drive site additionally operates as a busy tipping/recycling location.
We are seeking an applicant with a high level of written and verbal communication skills who has strong customer service and leadership skills, and an ability to culture a positive environment.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Managing a small admin team of up to 5 staff and office procedures
Implementing office procedures and effecting positive change
Implementing strategic process improvement
Managing customer feedback
Overseeing daily maintenance of site data bases & accurate data entry
Driver scheduling and staff rostering
Weighbridge Operation
Accounts payable and receivable – MYOB data entry, reconciling/checking suppliers’ invoices etc
Purchasing – Maintaining stock
Client/customer liaison
Answering Phones
Processing phone and online/email orders
Processing EFTPOS/Cash Payments
Cash Reconciliation
Support to Owner
Key Skills Required:
Experience with MYOB accounting software highly regarded
MS Suites Knowledge and the ability to navigate new systems quickly
Preferred experience within waste management or logistics
General administration and support experience
Management experience especially in a small team is highly regarded however will also suit somebody looking to take the next step in their career
Must be able to take ownership of tasks, gather information, make decisions and follow up to ensure tasks are complete
HIGH attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Positive, friendly disposition and a valuable sense of humour
Strong work ethic
