We are currently seeking an Operations / Logistics Coordinator for export department who is a team player with an eye for detail, who can manage multiple tasks and deliver exceptional service.
As the successful candidate you will have explicit and concise communication skills, be mature-minded and able to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment.
You will also demonstrate a passion for delivering results to customers, and have the ability to work independently with a willingness to complete the task at hand.
The key responsibilities of the position include:
- Processing of purchase and sales orders;
- Processing of import and export documentation;
- Advising on inventory levels and ensuring stock is available and ready for delivery;
- Handling day to day customer enquiries via phone and email;
- Coordinating between customers, suppliers, logistics partners and team members;
- Preparation of various sales reports; and
- General office duties.
To be successful for this role you will possess the following key criteria:
- Proven experience in a similar office environment;
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently;
- Attention to detail;
- Diligence – persistent focus and concentration to achieve the completion of tasks at hand;
- Proven excellent time management skills and ability to multitask;
- Competent user of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word);
- Professional and confident phone manner; and
- Flexibility, reliability and be well presented.
- Mandarin / Cantonese language preferred but not mandatory.
