We are looking for an experienced and driven Pilbara Manager to lead operations and projects, with the flexibility to work from home while being based in Karratha. This senior role is perfect for a leader with a passion for managing client relationships, assisting with creative projects and contributing to the growth of a regional business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Serve as the local contact for clients,



ensuring their marketing needs are met while managing budgets and deadlines.
- Attend events to build client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Handle client enquiries, create proposals and coordinate work schedules for the team.
- Contribute business insights and strategies for internal growth and client projects.
- Oversee project timelines and resources to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage customer service, assist with administrative tasks and provide leadership to drive business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

- Must be based in Karratha or willing to relocate.
- Proven experience managing projects and developing client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in a corporate setting.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Natural networker who enjoys meeting new people and developing professional connections.
- Strong understanding of marketing and business development.
- Ability to multitask, work independently and take initiative.
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with creative agency experience.
- Bonus: Skills in photography, videography, social media, copywriting, web development or graphic design are highly regarded.

Location & Flexibility:
This role is based in Karratha, with flexibility to work from home remotely, or from our CBD office space or a hybrid working role.
