ESP Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Labourers and Packers.

You will play a crucial role in our clients operations by ensuring accurate and efficient packing of products for distribution. If you are a detail-oriented and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Candidates will need to be able to work Monday to Friday-5 days per week.

Immediate starts are available.

Packaging: Safely and efficiently pack products according to company standards.

Quality Control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of packed items before shipping.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.

Organizing: Maintain a clean and organized work area to enhance productivity.

Adherence to Safety Procedures: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work setting.

Packing Efficiency: Meeting KPIs

- KPI: Number of items packed per hour/day.
- Target:



Achieve a set number of items packed within a specified time frame to ensure efficiency.

Accuracy in Packing:

- KPI: Percentage of accurately packed items.
- Target: Maintain a high level of accuracy to reduce errors in shipped orders

Mandatory Requirements;

- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Prior industry experience within; packing, scanning, and or a production environment
- Able to use a Stanley knife safely.
- Able to read pick slips and pack orders correctly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent work ethic and attitude
- Ability to work at a fast pace.
- Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive tasks
- Proven reliability and commitment via references
- Working to strict deadlines and O,H&S; standards.
- Manual handling
- Quality checking of products
- Able to follow
- Preparing orders
- Own PPE
