Rugby Farming Group is a large farming operation specialising in growing, packing and transporting fresh produce to both the domestic and export market. With multiple locations throughout Queensland, we are looking for a suitable applicant for the key role of Pallet Coordinator within the Marketing Team based in Gatton.
Reporting to the General Manager - Marketing you will primarily be responsible for:
- Ensuring all pallet, bin and crate movements are accurately recorded.
- Ensuring compliance with processes and producing equipment reports.
- Accurate, high volume data entry into equipment monitoring system.
- Reviewing and reporting on all equipment hire and movements in the monthly reconciliation.
- Liaising with external and internal stakeholders regarding operational requirements.
- Ordering of equipment as required.
- Working with a multi-site operation.
The successful applicant will have the following qualities:
- Experience with high volume data entry.
- Sound problem solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be a team player who can multi-task.
To be successful in this role, candidates will require excellent attention to detail, a personable character and qualified manner. Strong computing skills, the ability to work well in a team environment and excellent communication skills are also required.
