In your new position, you will act as a subject matter expert providing consultancy, advice and support regarding Parts (OEM) across Australia and New Zealand, including the dealer audience.

From a day to day perspective, your main responsibilities will be:

- Act as a consultant, advisor and support to dealer businesses and end users with a focus on providing parts advice/ information and parts interpretation
- Investigate technical and non-conformance issues, as well as transit/ damage claims
- Undertake a range of activity to handle/ investigate/ report and process returns and cannibalization requests
- Undertake process investigation and resolution of dealer backorders
- Provide end to end customer service including advice on order status, delivery timeframes and freight
- Assist with afterhours emergency order processing including transport/ delivery process facilitation
- May develop and/or deliver presentations, communications and training to the dealer audience and/or internally
- Update procedure manuals, a range of collateral and training material
- Develop and maintain local supplier lists and assist with the development and maintenance of Parts order stocking program for new models
- May participate in a range of Service/ Parts or cross functional projects (as directed)
- Deputize for the Parts Support Supervisor (as required)
- Undertake other duties within the limits of knowledge,



skill and experience (as directed)
- Take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of self, team and others in the workplace, including consumers of work outputs. Follow all OHS policies and procedures for Parts type work and in employment

To be successful in this role, your resume would include:

- Secondary education
- Proven mechanical aptitude (Motor Mechanic trade qualification Cert III or higher – desirable)
- Valid Driver’s license
- Significant experience in a similar position working with parts (OEM) in a consultant/ advisory/ support role. Formal experience in Service Advisor and/ or Parts Interpreter (strongly preferred)
- Highly developed customer service, interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to take initiative and accountability in managing work and outcomes
- Well developed communication skills including the ability to present/ train and to update formal/ technical documentation
- Proven analytical and problem solving skill
- Strong attention to detail
- Well developed organizational skills
- Strong general administration and records management skill
- Competent in Google/Microsoft Office suites and SAP module/s relevant to Parts
