Your recent organisation
This leading Not-for-profit has a long history of enhancing quality of life in the WA community. They are currently looking for a procurement officer to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to assist with various project related procurements.
Your new role
Within this position, you will be responsible for the sourcing of both goods and services in relation to project needs. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Vendor management
- Tender administration
- Expedite deliveries and ensure a smooth logistics process
- Stakeholder relationship development
- General procurement duties as required
- Maintenance of procurement records
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed,
you will need to have prior experience in a procurement role, as well as have excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and with others.
