The Role

This is an already established desk specialising in temporary, white collar placements within Transport/ Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering and Construction. This will include the recruitment of temporary roles including; Administrators, Customer Service, Data Entry, Marketing, HR/ Recruitment, Procurement etc.



You will be required to form and retain relationships with existing clients whilst also building new relationships with prospect clients across Perth.

Reporting to Professional Services Recruitment Manager, you will join an office of energetic consultants who like to have fun. Your career progression will be clearly mapped out for you. There is currently 8 Consultants in the Professional Services Temp Team with a total of 40 Consultants in the PERSOLKELLY Perth Branch.

Duties Will Include

- Taking responsibility for numerous existing client accounts and growing/ retaining those relationships
- Building relationships with new, prospect clients within Perth
- Meeting with your clients to plan recruitment requirements and take any job specifications
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn etc and shortlisting them according to the job description
- Negotiating job offers
- Building candidate pools for high volume client requirements
- Working collaboratively with the entire team, with active contribution to team marketing and training
- Checking in with clients regarding new and ongoing employees
- Adhere to PERSOLKELLY's systems, policy, procedures and legislative requirements
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets

Desirable Applicants Will Possess

- Minimum of 12 months experience ideally as a Recruitment consultant (alternatively in an Account Management or Sales role)




- Experience working in a high-pressured environment, meeting deadlines, working towards KPI's
- Previous experience working with multiple clients and providing transparent communication
- Fantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile with conflicting priorities throughout the day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional and ethical manner
- Must have drivers licence and own vehicle
- Comfortable with computer programs, including CRM's, Outlook and Microsoft Suite
- A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
