We're looking for a positive, organised and motivated person to assist Operations with transport coordination.

Ideally suited to someone with some general experience/interest in transport and logistics, looking to develop in the role and industry.

The role

You'll undertake a range of tasks, assisting the Operations Manager with transport coordination/allocation, including:

- Responding to phone and email enquiries/bookings
- Creating local and interstate bookings, using our software system
- Booking vehicle servicing, maintenance.
- Processing maintenance request forms and ensuring paperwork/systems are up to date




- Learning the process of transport allocation
- Liaising with customers, drivers and other stakeholders
- Data entry
- General office duties as required

What are we looking for

- Previous experience with transport/logistics preferred, with a genuine desire to grow and develop in the industry
- Data entry/software systems experience
- Ability to input and maintain accurate, timely data and information
- Confidence dealing with issues that arise, quickly and calmly
- Ability to understand, follow and adhere to processes, systems and regulations
- Great communication skills, professional and friendly customer service approach
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and a commitment to your training and development
